Future story lines would take place primarily in the leasing office of the community. This sitcom portrays the lifestyles of young and old alike, and daily problems are depicted and comically resolved. The featured characters in CHESAPEAKE LANDING consist of a Property Manager, a Leasing Director, three Leasing Consultants, and a Maintenance Man. The Leasing Director is always concerned about the image of the community, therefore he becomes a full-time baby-sitter of his wacky employees. All of the characters reside on the property.
